What Can Healing Touch Do

A session of gentle touch or off the body touch works to clear, balance and energize the human energy system to promote healing for the mind, body and spirit.

The gentle touch by Cynthia encourages the body’s own self healing abilities by balancing the energy field, bringing a deep sense of relaxation.  Cynthia encourages the energy fields surrounding the body into balance, allowing the body the freedom to heal itself.

Blockages can be caused by a physical or emotional trauma that has been unresolved which can contribute to illness.  Stress and anxiety get in the way of optimizing the body’s potential for healing.

Healing Touch is a complimentary, integrative energy therapy that can be used in conjunction with traditional therapies.

About a Healing Touch Session

A Healing Touch Energy Session is 60 minutes in duration and can be given anywhere – in a chair, on a massage table or even in a hospital bed. A person remains fully clothed and is draped with a soft blanket. Soft, meditative music is played and lights are dimmed to create a relaxing atmosphere. The client leaves the session with their energy balanced, anxiety decreased and in a relaxed state.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

This depends on how your body responds to the to the sessions.  Over time, the body’s ability to remain balanced will increase.  As it gains its own healing strength it will be better able to stay healthy and balanced.  it is recommended that you begin with 3 sessions.  You and Cynthia will be able to determine if more are needed.  Once the body is in healthy balance, occasional maintenance session are recommended.
